Gnocchi with Turkey and Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:
One recipe gnocchi
1 recipe turkey and pepper sauce
Parmesan cheese, 1 -2 Tablespoons per serving

Make the Turkey and Pepper sauce.
Remove 1 -2 cups of sauce to a gravy boat keep warm. Set aside.
Turn heat under sauce to low.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. (for the gnocchi).
Add the gnocchi to the boiling water. They will first sink to the bottom of the pan. As they cook they will rise to the surface. Continue cooking for one minute after they rise to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon or mesh strainer and add to the hot sauce in the saute pan. Gently fold the sauce over the gnocchi.
Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and more sauce if desired.
Chef's Tip:
Ground chicken works just as well as turkey in this recipe. Ground dark meat is more moist than the white meat and even, better if you can find it.
